Well darn! The float trip that I was supposed to go on was canceled because too many people chickened out, what with all that rain and all. So instead of having a nice day on the Meramec, I get to stay at home and do yard-work.
When I think about it, though, it's not so bad. I got to sleep in instead of having to wake up at 5:45am and all, and I got to create this blog.
But, man, the river would sure feel good right now! It's soooooo hot and humid...
